DUTIES OF AN INSURER
An insurer has a lot of work to do, in order to efficiently and effectively enhance the implementation of a project. The work of insurer as it relates to project includes the following:-
- An insurer, being familiar with risk management, tries to identify the risks for the client, assesses and mitigates the risks when implementing a project, and makes actionable plan ready, in case something goes wrong.
- An insurer helps the client to gather and measure data to improve the client’s product portfolio and to create new product that will cater for a wide range of clients.
iii. An insurer also helps the client to identify problems and/or needs, and scope the extent of any potential project, developing the concept and the business case.
- An insurer also helps the client to develop business plan for the project, outlines budgets and benefits as well as resources needed.
